Homeowners Connection Agency works exclusively with Property Owners, Apartment Property Managers, Brokers, and Agents to give you the very best rental experience. 

We recognize that sometimes it can be difficult to reach a Property Owner that has a lot of "flow through traffic" when it comes to trying to get information regarding their property.  Our staff  will work as a liaison consultant on your behalf and will locate affordable, reasonable prices within the rental market.  We understand and meet the living needs of each individual Tenant. 

HCA will customize a list of Available homes for your viewing within the areas and location you choose and find the best solution to suit your needs for any style home within our database listings.  On this website, you can download applications and other tenant forms, finding a wealth of information that you will need in order to complete your package.

All applicants must provide a copy of their criminal background report.  Reports are provided by your local police department usually for a fee of $10.00.   Background checks must accompany applications.

For Housing Assistance applicants, we specialize in working with the HAP Program and Housing Inspectors in order to get the property to pass for move-in.  We have worked with many different organizations including Atlanta Housing Authority, Dekalb Housing, East Point Housing, Fulton County Housing and many others.  

If you need assistance with  your voucher, please let us know and we will be happy to help answer all of your questions.  Submitted vouchers must be the original forms, please no copies!
